Materials This towel is made from mix of 40% hemp and 60% organic cotton. Origin This towel is produced in a small factory in Lithuania, which falls under the EU. The factory offers employees free healthcare, normal working hours and breaks during workdays and obeys all EU working condition regulations.HempHemp is one of the most sustainable fibers that can be used for clothing. It requires up to 70% less energy when compared to polyester and up to 75% less water and land when compared to regular cotton.Organic CottonIron Roots organic cotton is GOTS certified. By having the GOTS certificate, they can ensure that their cotton has been grown responsibly and with ethical circumstances for the people involved in the processing of their organic cotton.
